If damage occurs to your item, you can send it to any one of our international offices to be assessed. If we determine that the damage has occurred due to a manufacturing defect we will fix it, free of charge, and refund all shipping costs. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, although under the warranty we do offer free services such as cleaning, polishing and prong tightening and re-dipping for white gold. We do ask that for these services the customer pay for shipping.
