Losing something while traveling can be stressful, but the American Airlines lost and found team is ready to help. If you left an item on a flight, at the gate, or in an Admirals Club, you can report it by filling out a Lost and Found form on their website. Be sure to include details like a description of the item, your flight number, and contact info. For items lost inside the airport, contact that airport’s Lost and Found office. American Airlines works hard to return lost belongings, though the process may take a few days.
