Hi there, I recently went to the Zoom Airlines New York Office and I just had to say what a wonderful experience I had. I was going abroad and had to rebook my flight because of an unexpected change of plans. The people at the office were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. I felt at ease the moment I entered. They patiently heard me out, well-explained my options, and processed everything in a professional manner. What would otherwise have been a stressful experience was a smooth and even enjoyable one, courtesy of their wonderful service. The office itself was simple to find, well-arranged, and cozy. My friends accompanying me also had some questions, and the staff were more than willing to help them too. I greatly enjoyed the personal touch and the fact that they went out of their way to ensure everything was in order. If you're flying with Zoom Airlines and require any assistance while in New York, I highly suggest checking out their office. Excellent staff and first-class service!
