I recently visited the Aegean Airlines Berlin office and had a positive experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They efficiently helped me with my booking and provided useful information about flight options. The office itself was clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Although there was a bit of a wait, the service made up for it. Overall, I was impressed with the customer care and would definitely recommend this office for any airline-related inquiries.
