My recent interaction with the Philippine Airlines Tokyo Office was excellent. The personnel was polite, effective, and went above and above to assist me with my trip requirements. In addition to promptly handling my ticket modifications, they provided me with useful travel advice for my trip to Manila. The entire process was stress-free because the office was well-located and orderly. I was impressed by everyone's friendliness and professionalism. Being helped by a group that actually cares about client happiness was comforting. Should you require any PAL services in Japan, I would strongly advise you to stop by the Tokyo office.
