Hello! Just wanted to express my opinions regarding the Qatar Airways Baku Office. I needed to visit to sort out a refund problem, and I was impressed at how nice and attentive the staff were. It did take a while, but they told me each step, so it made it more tolerable. The office itself is up to date and cozy, and I felt at ease the whole time. I have had varying experiences with other airlines' offices, but this one truly impressed me. Certainly a good reflection of Qatar Airways' excellent service and professionalism. Great job!
