Chakan - The Core Of the Manufacturing Industry in Maharashtra
Pune, often known as Industrial Boomtown, is the second-biggest city in the state of Maharashtra, after Bombay. Pune's Chakan industrial area has developed into a major hub for the production of automobiles in recent years. There are both MIDC leasehold and Resale Freehold properties in Chakan's industrial district. This 246-hectare region was developed by Chakan MIDC and features both basic and high-grade facilities. It has drawn the attention of many large industrial parks, including ESR Group.
