NTY stands like a tree, which has branches almost similar to the saying, "No thanks." Both these expressions refer to a request for offer nice. The primary difference is that NTY is an abbreviation and it therefore saves typing time in a text message. For instance, if a friend asks if you want to go out for dinner and you are not interested, then you can straight away easy with "NTY" instead of writing "no thanks". It is therefore easy to use the NTY option for casual conversations. Because then they can sit back while the conversation continues with short statements.
